A beginners basketry workshop
Service Description
In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will learn how to weave a willow star with step-by-step instructions. This workshop is a great introduction to basketry techniques for beginners with the use of a conventional weave on the points of the star and a free weave across the middle. All materials and tools are included and tea, coffee, hot chocolate and mince pies will be provided. A willow star makes a beautiful Christmas decoration or gift. They look festive draped with lights. This workshop is suitable for everyone except those with hand/joint mobility issues.
Cancellation Policy
All tickets are fully refundable up to 14 days before the class minus a £5 processing fee. After this time, you will receive only half of the ticket price, unless the ticket is resold, in which case you will receive a full refund minus a £5 processing fee. You can reallocate your ticket to a friend or family member for no charge, but please confirm by email the name of the person attending. The class will only go ahead if 4 people can attend, if it is cancelled, you will receive a refund with as much notice as possible.
